Boltless Rivet shelving is a widely used to storage products. This kind of shelf assembly does not require screws, and has the characteristics of convenient dis-assembly. The regular size of the boltless rivet shelving is W900XD400XH1830mm, 5 layers totally, load capacity 100kg/layer and the surface treatment is powder-coating. According to the different beam of boltless rivet shelving, there are three different model boltless rivet shelving. Z-beam shelving, C-beam shelving and L-beam shelving. The most popular model is Z-beam botless rivet shelving.As well as it can be divided into inner rivet shelves and outer rivet shelves based on different type of post. 

The main details of the boltless rivet shelving are as follows: 

1. Shelf-fastened structure, easy to assemble and disassemble; equipped with plastic feet at the ground contact. 

2, the shelf post: made of double-sided punching of equal angle steel, the hole distance is arranged in a straight line at a distance of 50mm, and the column hole is used for hooking the layer; 

3, the shelf panel: the use of cold-rolled steel plate according to the required size of four sides bending forming. The panel can be selected from steel panel or MDF panel or laminate panel. 

4. The post and the panel are connected and fixed by the quick-release pin and the triangular fixing piece. 

5. After processing all parts of the shelf, all the products are processed by grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying and other processes. The surface of the produced finished products is smooth and beautiful; the laminate can be adjusted up and down freely, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient.
